Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seasonalsteps.base44.app (the "Site") and the seasonal pumpkin porch styling and delivery services offered by SeasonalSteps ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing our Site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

SeasonalSteps provides seasonal pumpkin and gourd porch styling, delivery, and optional end-of-season pickup services in our service area.

Package details, pricing, and included items are described on each package page. Pumpkin varieties, colours, shapes and sizes may vary based on seasonal availability.

We reserve the right to substitute comparable seasonal items while maintaining the overall look, value, and style of the display you selected.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your display and preferred installation week. The remaining balance is due on your installation day.

Payments may be made by credit card through Stripe or by e-transfer. Booking and cancellation terms are described in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Your preferred installation week is not a guaranteed installation date. We schedule installations based on location and routing and will confirm your exact date in advance.

You agree to provide accurate booking information, including your name, contact details, installation address, and any access notes.

You are responsible for ensuring our team can safely access the installation area on the scheduled date, including informing us of locked gates, pets, condo restrictions, or other access considerations.

For styled packages, you agree to provide porch photos before installation so we can design your display.

Pumpkins, gourds, and seasonal décor are natural, perishable products. Variations in colour, shape, size, and lifespan are normal and expected.

SeasonalSteps is not responsible for pumpkins or décor that are moved, damaged, stolen, eaten by wildlife, or affected by weather after installation.

We cannot guarantee how long natural products will last after installation, as weather, temperature, and other conditions outside our control affect their lifespan.

SeasonalSteps may reschedule an installation due to weather or unsafe conditions at no additional cost to you.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, package descriptions, and design, is the property of SeasonalSteps and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

When you submit porch photos or notes, you grant SeasonalSteps permission to use them to design and fulfill your display.

We may use non-identifying photos of completed displays for marketing and portfolio purposes. We will not use your personal address or contact details for marketing without your consent.

SeasonalSteps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage to property caused by natural products, weather, wildlife, or third parties after installation.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

We do not guarantee that pumpkins or seasonal products will last for any specific period after installation.

You agree to indemnify and hold SeasonalSteps harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
